Today I feel not good in mood without the exact reasons. I went out the home in the early morning, came to my coffee shop which my sister usually comes. I saw a group of friends who play with each other funnily. I realized that maybe the life is far away from home, from my hometown, which prevents me from having the enjoyable life like the others. Because the distance between me and my friends is regarded as the huge difficulty for us to share with each others. Do you agree with me, this thought is just coming up in my mind. I want to push it from my thinking but don't have the enough strength. Help me…..urgent now :((

Today I feel not good in mood without the exact reasons.
Today, {I didn't feel good/I was not in a good mood} for some reasons I couldn't explain.

I went out in the early morning, and came to the coffee shop where my sister usually hangs out.
I saw a group of friends who play with each other funnily.
I saw a group of friends who teased one another merrily.
I realized that maybe the life is far away from home, from my hometown, which prevents me from having the enjoyable life like the others.
I realized that, maybe, living far from my hometown prevented me from enjoying life like others.
Because the distance between me and my friends is regarded as the huge difficulty for us to share with each others.
The fact that I come from a region far way put an invisible wall between me and my friends, making it difficult for us to share with each others.
Do you agree with me, this thought is just coming up in my mind. I want to push it from my thinking but don't have the enough strength. Help me…..urgent now :((
Do you agree with the thought, which has just come up in my mind? I want to get it out of my head, but I can't. Help me… now, urgently!

I know what you're talking about, Ngoc. When I was overseas, I often had the same feeling you've just described here. Different people have different ways to deal with this, but as for me, I usually tried to do something I liked or felt worthwhile such as helping others. I think helping others is the best way to make friends, because it breaks down barriers — even the toughest ones.
